What we collect and why
Analytics (optional, consent-based). If you accept our cookie banner, we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location by country) to understand which guides help people. Lawful basis: consent. If you decline, no analytics runs at all.
Newsletter (if you sign up). We collect your email address to send you our guides. Lawful basis: consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Email you send us. If you contact us we hold your email and its contents to reply. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data. We don't run advertising. We don't profile you. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll act within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
